By accepting a quotation, booking work, approving artwork, delivering a vehicle, or allowing WrapUK to commence work, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all services supplied by WrapUK including but not limited to vehicle graphics, vehicle wrapping, livery installation, vinyl removal, and associated services.

2. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

The customer must deliver the vehicle clean, dry (where possible) and free from grease, wax,
silicone dressings, sealants and contamination.

Prior to installation, WrapUK will visually inspect the paintwork and body panels and may highlight areas of concern. Where unsuitable surfaces are identified, WrapUK will advise the customer of potential risks. Work may proceed only if the customer accepts those risks.

WrapUK cannot guarantee adhesion or finish on:
• damaged paintwork

Any areas identified as unsuitable will not be covered by any warranty or guarantee.

3. Repaired or Repainted Vehicles

Any vehicle that has received repair, repainting, smart repair, or bodyshop work is installed at the customer’s risk.

Paint must be fully cured and out-gassed in accordance with the paint manufacturer’s technical specifications before graphics are applied. WrapUK gives no warranty or guarantee on any resprayed, repaired, refinished, or aftermarket panels (including fibreglass or body kits) due to potential adhesion failure or paint lifting.

Some installations require the removal of trims, handles, badges, lights, sensors or mouldings.

Where a vehicle has unsuitable paintwork or condition, WrapUK may require the customer to sign a waiver before work commences. If the customer proceeds, all installation is at the
customer’s risk and no warranty applies to those areas.

Failure to meet preparation requirements may result in cancellation of the booking and the full installation charge becoming payable.

installation.

• spelling

Colour reproduction on screens and proofs is representative only. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to material, print, laminate, lighting and vehicle contours. Reasonable colour variation is accepted upon approval.

Dislike of design, layout, colour, size, or positioning after approval is not a valid reason to withhold payment.
